As the years pass and as I age, as we all do, I learn so much.
So much about people, humanity, our social culture and life.
It seems lately I am disappointed in people, in their actions, their words, their lack of caring.
At times I find a "diamond in the rough" but they are becoming more scarce it seems.
Our true colors, our true intentions seem to shine through and thus I find people latch onto the ones they feel they can trust.
Its sad to look out into the world at the way people 'should be' and see the way that they are.
I am happy with what I live for, what I strive to achieve and what I have become over the years.
I will continue to be someone who cares about people, someone who believes there is good in everyone, someone who trusts that intentions can be good and someone who fights for things that are worth fighting for.
